I stumbled across Lewis Howes and his podcast, The School of Greatness, many years ago. He puts out amazing new episodes on a weekly basis and you can also watch on YouTube if you want. I not only love his story of how he’s made things happen in his own life but his guests are amazing. I mean we are talking he gets all the big hitters on and he doesn’t hold back in asking what you want to know. In addition to podcasting he’s an author as well so be sure to check out his work.

The Model Health Show with Shawn Stevenson is another podcast I’ve been listening to (rather watching on YouTube) for about a decade. Shawn’s work is a game changer in the health and fitness space but he also has some really great thought leaders that come on as well. I think most of his episodes should be a requirement for people to listen to because they are that powerful. Have a listen and strengthen your mind and body. Shawn also is an author as well and has two great books out, Sleep Smarter and Eat Smarter. Check him out!

I fell in love with Jay Shetty’s work the first time I saw one of his viral videos about a decade ago. The short movie was so well made and he was so captivating with how he spoke and the words he said. I followed him on social media and was delighted when he launched his podcast, On Purpose with Jay Shetty. He has amazing guests on and gets deep into conversation discovering each of their unique purposes. He too is an author of a great read, Think Like a Monk.

Mel Robbins is awesome, period. I watched her (26M views and counting) Ted Talk on her book, The 5 Second Rule, and fell in love. She is a straight shooter and spot on. For sure check out that book, her Ted Talk and she has a podcast too. She’s also been a guest on, The School of Greatness, so you can get a two for one if you check out that episode (click the pic to listen).
