I spent most of my life as a yo-yo dieter constantly trying out the latest and greatest fad diet. Each time they left me feeling like a failure after not getting the results I hoped for. It wasn’t until I realized that it’s not so much about being on a diet, rather having a diet.

Every time we eat we have a choice to take us one step closer or away from our optimal health. When you shift your focus to nourishing your body each time you eat it becomes easier to have a healthy diet.
