Each month I run a new 21-Day Accountability Groups.
How does it work? You workout in your own space (to a program that I help you select based on your own personal needs/likes), on your own schedule (some workouts are as short as just 25mins/day), replace one meal per day with “The Healthiest Meal of the Day” and check in daily via a private Facebook group. So, you can travel, work odd hours, not have a ton of extra time in your already busy life and still get all of the support, accountability, and motivation that you need to accomplish your goals.
